At SF Sadia Faisal, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. While we hope you love your purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, we do offer a Conditional Exchange in cases where there is a quality issue with the product.
If you receive an item with a defect in workmanship or quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Once your query is submitted, our Quality Assurance Team will thoroughly assess the concern and get back to you. If a significant fault is found, we may provide an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
Additionally, customized orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
